The latest edition of the Radan solution for sheet me tal will make its U.S debut Nov. 6-8, when FABTECH 2018 is hosted at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia.
More than 35,000 attendees and over 1,500 exhibiting companies are expected to gather at FABTECH in celebration of me tal manufacturing at its finest. World-class suppliers will be in attendance to exhibit the latest industry products, developments, and tools for improving productivity.
Success in manufacturing is all about having the right tools for the job. FABTECH attendees can see those tools in action at booth No. B7429, where demonstrations of the efficiency-boosting benefits available with Radan 2019 R1 will take place.
A significant update in Radan 2019 R1 makes the popular Radquote function easily accessible to different categories of employees.
“Radquote users are generally not the staff who program machine tools with Radan,” said Product Manager Olaf Körner. “We've made Radquote completely standalone and easy to use by anyone – automatically using machine technology for the quote, with Radquote calculating the accurate cycle time and the best material usage.” This achieves an accurate quote every time, providing consistency and transparency, irrespective of who is producing the quote.
Radquote not only competitively calculates costing on sheet me tal, but all aspects of quoting are now included – such as cutting, bending, welding, painting and assembly.
